Not in this demo — US shipping only.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Gift messages can be added at checkout in the order notes. Formal gift wrap is not offered in the demo.

Can I use a promo code?
Yes. Try WELCOME10 (10% off), VIP20 (20% off), or SHIPFREE ($12 shipping credit).

Are Sale items returnable?
No. Final sale / Sale category items are non-returnable.

How do I track my order?
Log in and ask “Where is my order?” The assistant uses live WooCommerce data and tracking meta.

I checked out as a guest.
Verify with your billing email (e.g. [email protected]) through the assistant’s OTP flow, then ask about your order.

What if an item is low stock?
Ask “Is the camel coat in stock in size M?” — inventory is live per variation.
