Care Guide
Quiet luxury lasts longer with gentle care. Follow the label on each garment; general guidance below.
Silk
- Dry clean preferred, or cold hand wash with silk detergent.
- Do not wring. Roll in a towel, then hang to dry away from direct sun.
- Iron on low silk setting with a pressing cloth.
Linen
- Machine wash cold, gentle cycle. Line dry or tumble low.
- Expect natural softening and a lived-in crease — part of the fabric’s character.
- Steam or iron while slightly damp for a smoother finish.
Wool & cashmere
- Dry clean or cold hand wash. Reshape flat to dry.
- Store folded; use cedar for moths. De-pill gently with a cashmere comb.
Cotton & knits
- Machine wash cold; reshape knits while damp.
- Avoid high heat to preserve drape and color.
Leather goods
- Wipe with a soft dry cloth. Condition sparingly 1–2 times per year.
- Keep away from prolonged moisture and direct heat.
