Processing
Orders placed before 14:00 ET on a business day usually ship the same day. Weekend orders ship the next business day. You will receive a tracking number once the carrier scans the package.
Tracking
Log in and ask the AI “Where is my order?” — Zynli looks up your latest order and carrier tracking (UPS, FedEx, or USPS when available).
Address changes
You can request an address change while an order is still pending, on-hold, or processing and not yet shipped. Ask the assistant: “Update my delivery address.”
Lost or delayed packages
If tracking shows no movement for 7 business days after shipment, contact support via chat. We will open a carrier claim or arrange a replacement according to policy.
