Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every piece. Unworn items with original tags may be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
• Return window: 30 days from delivery date (or order date if delivery date is unknown).
• Final sale items (Sale category) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
• Orders already cancelled, refunded, or failed are not eligible.
• Fragrance, pierced jewelry worn against skin, and gift cards are final sale.

How to start a return

1. Log in (or verify your email as a guest).
2. Ask the AI: “Can I return my last purchase?” or “Start a return for order …”
3. Zynli checks eligibility and creates a return request (no instant refund).
4. Our team reviews the request; prepaid labels are emailed for approved returns.

Exchanges

Exchanges for size or color are treated as a return plus a new order when stock allows. Ask: “Can I exchange this for size M?”

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, typically within 5–10 business days. In this demo, cheque/BACS payments are simulated — no real money moves.

Cancellations

Orders in pending, on-hold, or early processing can often be cancelled. Ask: “Cancel my latest order.” Once shipped, use the return flow instead.
